My beautiful, brand-new, home is centrally located, perfect for commuters, couples, or groups of up to four people seeking arctic serenity or adventure. Located in a quiet area of the village, it is within walking distance of the Sámi University College, local shops, the museum, ISFI, churches, and grocery stores. The renowned Juhls Silver Gallery is 2.4 km away, a 3-minute drive, or a 35-minute walk. There are snowmobile and ski tracks nearby and beautiful arctic views! The space The house was brand new in December 2023. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a dedicated workspace. Up to two additional guests can sleep in the living room, one on the couch and one on a small guest bed. There is a washer and dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with beautiful morning views, and a large bathroom with a sauna. There is also ample parking. Guest access The entire first floor, minus two closets that the owner uses for storage when their are guests.
