Just 4.5 km (2.8 miles) away, Penhors Beach, awarded the Blue Flag label and renowned for surfing, will captivate you with its charming little harbor. The cottage is conveniently located, with several shops within 700 meters: a convenience store, a Breton grocery store, a crêperie, a pharmacy, a newsagent's/tobacconist's, a bar, a takeout pizzeria, and a butcher's. The space The house has a beautiful, bright 50 m² living area that combines the living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for spending quality time together. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a shower room, a separate toilet with a sink, and a laundry room. The layout allows you to enjoy a single-level living space. Upstairs, the original hardwood floors and the natural light create a cozy atmosphere. You will find a small library area ideal for relaxing, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. In the attic, a furnished area accommodates two single beds (90 x 190 cm) as well as a relaxation corner, ideal for children. Outside, a south-facing terrace will allow you to enjoy the beautiful weather. It is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue for enjoying meals outdoors. Guest access Independent check-in with a key box. Possible location for 1 car on the property. Additional vehicles can park for free on the street. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided. There's no cleaning fee. I would simply appreciate it if you could leave the property clean by cleaning the floors (vacuuming and mopping if necessary) and the bathrooms before you check out. I’ll take care of the rest of the cleaning. Pets are allowed in the vacation rental, which has access to the garden, which is not fully fenced.
