Our property is located along a road, however all rooms have air conditioning and fans. The space Welcome to our charming home nestled in Ipswich. This spacious house boasts a cozy ambiance and modern amenities, making it the perfect retreat for your getaway to Ipswich or work trip. Bedding includes a queen bed in the master room, with a fold out ‘Freedom’ sofa bed in the lounge (ideally best for one extra person or two children/teenagers). If you’re needing the sofa for extra bedding, extra linen charges apply and you will need to let us know the day prior to checkin. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a bright and airy living space, tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, French linens, vintage finds and fresh white walls. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring a new gas stove top and oven and ample counter space for preparing delicious meals. The kitchen also includes a coffee machine and full size fridge/freezer. The house includes one master bedroom, offering plush bedding and ample storage space for your convenience, large dinning and study area, expansive kitchen and adjoining tv room, laundry and full bathroom as well as a front veranda with additional dinning area and clothes line facilities. The bathroom is elegantly appointed, providing a relaxing oasis to unwind after a day of exploration. Step outside to the private carport, providing covered parking for your vehicle. Access to the house is via the rear staircase, ensuring easy entry for guests. Once you’ve arrived, you’ll have access to our laundry amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, and clothesline for laundering your garments and linens. You’ll be provided with a starter amount of washing liquid, toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner. For extended stays exceeding one week, we’ll provide an additional set of towels and linen for your convenience. To maintain freshness, we kindly ask that you launder used towels and linen weekly to prevent stains from setting in. Cleaning essentials including cleaning products, a vacuum, and a mop and bucket will be conveniently available should you need during your stay. The inside of the house is freshly renovated and we are in the process of repainting the outside in between bookings. You will have the entire house for your personal use. Guest access You will have access to the main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, front veranda, laundry, lounge, covered carport and dinning room. Access is via the back door through carport with no assess currently via the front door. Other things to note - Off street covered car parking is available in the carport attached to the house. - Access to the house is via the staircase through the carport. - Please no smoking or vaping inside the house and dispose of your butts/rubbish - On departure please put all rubbish in the allocated bins, all dishes washed up and put away in cupboards, dirty towels in the bathtub. If you use the oven or stove top please clean after use. - Rubbish day is Wednesday if you could pop the bins out Tuesday night. - Our property contains a shed seperate to the house with seperate direct access from the side street which we may need to access. - As we are renovating the house the outside is being painted in between bookings, however inside is renovated. - bookings are to be made by the person staying throughout the stay and we do not allow people to place bookings on behalf of others not staying unless agreed prior to the booking.
