Here you will be close to everything: restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, hypermarket and even the best pizzeria in town – all on the corner! Our suite has a private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy during your stay. The other spaces – equipped kitchen, cozy living room and laundry – are shared, but always clean and organized, so you feel at home. We offer fast Wi-Fi in all rooms and a charming garden in the back, perfect for relaxing (and great for smokers). Our big difference? Impeccable cleanliness, organization, and everything you need for a quiet, worry-free stay. Guest access You will have access to all the leisure areas of our space, in addition to the entrance, which is self check-in, which facilitates your access to the house. Park in front of the property or in any available space in front of the street, which are extremely safe. Other things to note The kitchen, living room and laundry are shared, so we always ask for care and organization after use. Smoking is only allowed in the back garden. We do not accept parties or events. Check-in from 2 p.m. and check-out until 12 p.m. (we can negotiate times, if possible). In front of the house there are 4 parking spaces, but there is free parking on the street in front.
