The space Welcome to our cozy home, composed of two separate apartments, each its own floor with its own entry and exterior stairs. There is no internal connection between upper and lower floors allowing maximal privacy. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen with dining space, and living room with ample seating and a 55" 4K HDTV, the bathroom has a walk in tiled shower with dual shower heads and wand. There is also a twin sleeper chair. Upstairs (the stairs are in the rear of the building), you find two more bedrooms, each with queen beds, a queen sleeper couch, a twin day bed, a second twin trundle bed, and a twin sleeper chair in the master, as well as a twin mattress in the children’s play space. There is also a 43 inch flat screen 4K HDTV, full kitchen, full bathroom with heated floor, bathtub and shower, laundry with a new LG washtower, and a dining room table for 4-6 if expanded. Easy entry via the outer doors with an electronic lock system to provide 24/7 access. Overall, the unit boasts four queen beds, each in their own bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, two twin sleeper chairs, a twin daybed and a twin trundle bed. Two bathrooms, two kitchens, and two dining rooms are also included. The fully-equipped and updated kitchens each contain a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer with ice maker, coffee supplies (including Aeropress coffee maker, Chemex coffee maker, burr coffee grinder & digital kettle), cooking supplies (including pots & pans, cooking utensils, baking sheet & knife block). The lower kitchen has a gas 4 burner cooktop and full size electric oven. The upper unit has a 4 burner electric cooktop and full size convection oven. Charging stations throughout the house make it easy to keep your devices powered! Kitchen: counter charging station, living room: charging console behind couch, bedrooms: charging tables & lamps, bedroom desk: charging lamp. Please be aware there is a short flight of steps at the front entry to the house and a longer flight of lighted stairs in the rear for the upper unit. The neighborhood predates common use of cars and so there is no driveway. The entire area is paid street parking unless you have a permit. We provide two digital parking permits for the duration of your stay at no additional cost. To ensure the safety of all guests on the property we do not accept third party bookings. The booking guest must be present at check in and intend to remain for the duration of the reservation. Guest access The full house is available to you for your use, with the exception of the basement. The lower floor is accessed via the front door atop a short flight of steps. The upper floor is accessed by an external lighted staircase behind the building. The basement is secured with a locked interior door and there is no other access so you have full privacy. There is no internal connection between the two floors. Other things to note We strive to provide a comfortable space for all and so please note this is a non-smoking/vaping property inside and out.
