The space Located within one of the best condominiums in Uptown BGC, you'll have easy access to everything you need, since there are supermarkets, malls, restaurants, bars, clubs, and cafes nearby, with paid parking near and within the premises. Our place boasts a laid-back interior: a cozy living area equipped with a 43" smart HD TV powered by Chromecast with Google TV so that you can comfortably watch your favorite shows and movies via HBO GO, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, OnStream, and even tune in to the local news whenever needed through local TV channels. The whole unit has great WiFi reception, with an internet speed of up to 250Mbps. Our dining area is good for 4 people, making the space ideal for intimate birthday/anniversary/holiday celebrations! The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with light warm comforter, ergonomic pillows, cooling pad, and memory foam mattress, along with a dedicated workspace to accommodate remote work. We also have a double-burner stove with range hood in the kitchen, along with cookware and dinnerware that you can use for your cooking and dining needs. A microwave oven and a spacious refrigerator are both also available for use. We also provide guests complimentary coffee, tea, chocolate bars, and bottled water as a welcome gift. Our toilet and bath comes with a centralized heating system, so the sink and shower can both produce warm/hot water as needed. We also provide guests with disposable slippers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels, washcloths, and bath mats. For your entertainment and perusal, you'll find iconic books and card/board games on the shelves. Please handle these items with care and return them to their respective places after use. Otherwise, you'll face the wrath of the unit owner Chioko (i.e., a domestic ginger cat who tends to get insanely hangry). We also provide guests with a universal socket adapter (hooray for tourists!), because trust us—we know the struggle. Guest access 🏊‍♂️ Pool Access (Free) • Available Tuesday to Friday, 8 AM – 10 PM Excluding holidays. • Weekends and holidays are exclusive for residents and unit owners. • Located on the 5th floor, Tower 1 • Guests can register up to three guests for pool use. Additional guest cost ₱300 per person. • Registration before usage at the front desk is required. • The pool is closed every Monday for maintenance, except when that Monday is a holiday. The schedule of maintenance will then take place the following day. This is a building requirement, so we must comply. No approved guest pass = No entry. Late submissions may delay your check-in process. To avoid any issues, please send your ID as early as possible. Also, to ensure security and streamline guest management, all guests and visitors are also now required to present a valid ID upon arrival at the lobby. After ID validation, you will need to scan the QR code.. Once submitted, you will be allowed to proceed to the unit. Please also note that the maximum number of people allowed in the unit at any one time is 4, including registered guests and visitors combined. For example, if there are 2 registered guests staying in the unit, only up to 2 additional visitors are allowed at the same time. and only between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. --------------------------------------------------- Check-In & Check-Out: •Self-check-in & checkout via a lockbox. •Full check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property. House rules: •No smoking, pets, or parties •Turn off appliances when not in use •Basic cooking only (no smelly food) •Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM •No unregistered guests For Long Stays (20+ days): Enjoy 1 free mid-stay cleaning—please schedule in advance. Fresh linens and towels included. Lastly, this is something our locals probably know already, but we do have a “potential for noise” disclaimer since the building is located right across Uptown Parade, where an outdoor pool club (among other clubs and bars) is located. Although the building management monitors the noise level to ensure that it is kept within 50dBA, please set your expectations before booking as there’d be music emanating at night across from Fridays to Sundays.
