The house is perfect for families. Please note that the sofa bed in the loft will be placed downstairs (near the fireplace) and it will be substituted by a queen size bed. Casa dei Vasi will accommodate up to 6 guests sleeping in 2 queen size beds + 1 sofa bed x 2. Please inquire for more details. RUSTIC WITH CHARME Casa dei Vasi is furnished with a personal taste and a unique touch. You will love the artworks combined with rustic forniture hand picked with such a flawless taste and personality. HOUSE DESCRIPTION Casa dei Vasi is developed over 2 floors. On the ground floor a private entrance through the patio with dining table for 6/8 guests, living room with fireplace and wood stove, couch/sofa bed, dining table for 4 guests, a spacious kitchen with independent exit to the patio and 1/2 bathroom with sink, toilet and washing machine. On the first floor 1 loft with sofa bed for 2 guests, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bathroom with shower sink and toilet. The bedroom and the loft are divided by the bathroom with shower. An open staircase connects the living room to the sleeping area. Access to the bedroom and bathroom is thought the Loft, which has no doors. The loft will easily adapt to your needs. It could be your kids bedroom, an office space, a tv room and much more. SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES The house is NOT for 2 couples. PLEASE NOTE. Guests must pass thought the loft to reach the bedroom or bathroom upstairs. This is why the house is not suitable for 2 couples as there is NO privacy for guests sleeping in the loft. Casa dei Vasi is perfect for families and friends, can accomodate up to 5 people, ideally 2 adults and up to 4 kids/teens. For larger groups is also available Casa Rosmarino which is located in the best location of the Borgo, overlooking the pool, valley and mountains. Casa dei Vasi + Casa Rosmarino can accomodate up to 12 people. IN HARMONY WITH NATURE The private garden in front of the house is surrounded by Lavender, Rosemary, Olive Trees and the sweetest Grapes that you can pick from August to October. From here you will enjoy breathtaking views of the countryside with cypresses, hills and mountains. The pool area, just steps away from the house, is very big and has the most amazing views. There are table and chairs to eat al fresco, a pizza oven, a charcoal bbq, also lots of lawn to play and sun loungers to relax around the pool, maybe at the sunset tasting your wine... A MAGICAL ATMOSPHERE OF LIVING IN A BORGO FROM 1407. Enjoy the country life, live inside an authentic wonderful borgo of stone houses in complete harmony with nature, less than 5 min. away from the quaint Medieval Town of Anghiari. Casa dei Vasi is facing the countryside and other units of the Hamlet. We have 6 units for rent. The parking lot is visible while standing on the private terrace. During Summer you might see people walking from the parking lot to other units, in Spring, Fall and Winter is very quite. The location is kid/pet-friendly and peaceful. Pool and parking lot are shared with other guests. Guest access Guest have access to entire property. Pool area and Parking Lot are shared with other guests of the Borgo. We have 6 units for rent. Other things to note We DON'T recommend this house for 2 couples as there would be NO privacy for a second couple. Please read the description above and check the picture to understand the space before booking your stay. The house is surrounded by lavender rows that attract bees, humming birds, butterflies and other insects. If you are allergic please use caution to open doors and windows. Mosquitos repellent is recommended during summer evenings (July-August-September). We do not offer refunds including guest's change of plan or circumstances that are out of our control like electronic devices malfunctions, bad weather, power outages, Wi-Fi outages, insects allergies and encounters with wild animals.
