Pool access is subject to availability and must be confirmed at least 3 days before your stay. If the request is made less than 3 days in advance, we cannot guarantee pool access, but we will make every effort to secure a pass for you. The first three guests have free pool access, while additional guests will be charged Php 150 each. Payment can be made directly to the PMO. Pool hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 9 AM - 12 NN, and 2 PM - 5 PM. Other things to note Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required for each stay. This will be refunded after the guest’s stay, subject to inspection of the property for any damages or violations of house rules. Any additional payment for damages, if needed, may apply and will be deducted from the security deposit. Pet Damage: The guest will be held responsible for any damages caused by pets during their stay. This includes any damage to furniture, flooring, or property.
