The price is 15€/day Location: Rua Fonseca Cardoso, 129 Guest access Guests will have access to several common areas of the establishment, such as: - A complete kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with an individual compartment for each room, water kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils such as plates, glasses and cutlery. The kitchen is shared with all guests of the establishment, so we ask that you always keep it clean and tidy; - A dining room next to the kitchen, where you can make your own meals. This dining room is also for shared use with all guests of the establishment, so we ask that you always keep it clean and tidy; - An outdoor space at the back, next to the kitchen, to relax. - Each room at the establishment has cable TV, free Wi-Fi access and a private bathroom with shower. - The establishment has hot water, heated by 4 120-liter cylinders, shared by all rooms. In this sense, we call for responsible use of water during baths so that no guest in another room is harmed. After full use, each cylinder refills with cold water, and then it takes around 30 minutes to heat the water again. Save water today, so we can all have it tomorrow. Don't spend more water than you need. Be responsible, protect the environment and the planet. Other things to note Check-in: after 15h (3pm). Check-out: until 11h (11am). With many entrances and exits, unfortunately it is not possible for us to facilitate early check-in or late check-out, as our cleaning team needs adequate time to clean the rooms. Guests must fill out an accommodation bulletin through our platform, wich access link we send by message in the booking confirmation. It must be filled in with the identification data of all guests. Check-in is only possible after filling out the bulltin. Please fill it out in advance, this makes our work easier, avoiding leaving it until the day of your arrival. Towels and sheets are included, as well as toilet paper and shower gel. Also included: hairdryer and iron (you must request the iron in the reception). The accommodation has free Wi-Fi. Cleaning of the accommodation during your stay is not included. If you need this service and/or change of towels, you must ask us. Breakfast or other meals are not included, nor are foods such as oil/olive oil. Does not have Netflix. No parties or pets are allowed. Please respect silence hours between 23h (11pm) and 7h (7am). Smoking is prohibited in the room and inside the building. Please respect the next guests, because the cigarette smell is very difficult to remove.
