Our property sleeps 17 to 21 people (the latter via the use of two sofa beds). Cribs and high chairs are available along with beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. Ferry Tickets to Ho Hum Beach are available for purchase during the summer season. PLEASE NOTE RATES VARY SEASONALLY. PLEASE REQUEST A QUOTE. #1 Main House - Sleeps 8 - 9 people Perfect for a family or reunion, this spacious accommodation offers three bedrooms with king size beds, two of which have private en-suite baths, and one bedroom with two twin beds. A large living room offers plenty of space to unwind and features a fireplace and game table. Features include a separate dining room, bright sunroom and fully equipped kitchen. A shared garden oasis offers a grill. #2 Garden Suite - Sleeps 4 to 6 people Charming and serene, this two bedroom suite features a sitting area with queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, two and a half baths. The main bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite bath with a clawfoot tub and a sitting area with a full size sleeper sofa. The second bedroom is lined with windows and offers a full size bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a two burner cooktop, sink, microwave and small refrigerator. An inviting private entrance overlooks an idyllic shared garden. #3 Cottage - Sleeps 2 to 6 people Beautifully designed with thoughtfully curated decor, this bright and spacious two-story cottage offers a lovely escape complete with a private terrace and grill—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Downstairs, the living room offers a pull out sofa bed, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, the bedroom offers a king size bed and a daybed with trundle as well as skylights. - Local hand crafted Utopia Bath amenities, Frette and Matouk linens, complimentary snacks, Wi-Fi. - Our chef is available to provide catering for welcome treats, picnics, special event dinners and more. Guest access A full property buyout enables you to have the entire Bellport Inn property to yourselves.
