Moor View - hot tub, peaceful & spacious

Moor View is nestled in a beautiful conservation area with views over a peaceful meadow - a spacious detached home that's been luxuriously refurbished with a large garden and a wood fired hot tub (wood provided). Though the setting is rural, it's only a short walk into Reepham where you will find independent cafes and shops, plus two pubs and a wine bar. With stunning walks on your doorstep & the beautiful Norfolk coast and Norwich 25 minutes by car, the location is perfect. The space Moor View has one large spacious bedroom with a kingsize bed and space for a cot (provided upon request). There is a single futon style chair in the sitting room for an additional guest (bedding provided). The living space is large and open plan with a Morso woodburner for a truly blissful stay (stocked wood-store included). The sitting room has a comfortable sofa next to the French doors where you can sink into the feather filled cushions. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and has a wine fridge and Nespresso machine as well as the usual appliances. The beautifully decorated bathroom has a rain shower, soft white towels and luxury toiletries provided. The large garden has a beautiful view over the neighbouring meadow with a wood fired hot tub to relax in under the stars (a guest favourite!). Plus for added luxury you get bath robes and slippers to use during your stay. You’ll find a spacious south facing decking area next to the hot tub with two sun loungers, a separate patio with a table and chairs and a hammock to relax in under the trees. The wood fired hot tub is easy to operate, but we can help you light it if needed (between stays it’s drained, cleaned and refilled with fresh water). We welcome dogs and will provide you with a dog bed, bowl and blanket. There are beautiful countryside walks accessible straight from your garden, ideal for the morning dog walk, including the well known Marriot's Way footpath. Past guests have said great things about the garden and recommend it for dog owners because it’s spacious, safe and secure. Moor View is on the outskirts of Reepham on the beautiful Moor which is a conservation area and home to lots of wildlife including owls and muntjac which you can be sure to spot. The town centre of Reepham is a short walk away. It is a beautiful Georgian market town with a lovely pub, wine bar, independent cafes, delis and gift shops. Norwich and the North Norfolk coast are 25 minutes drive away making it a great location to explore from. Guest access Moor View has its own driveway with ample parking, accessed from The Moor via a private track leading to the property. The track is also a public footpath, giving you direct access to the many different walking routes locally.
