Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: The homestead offers five well-appointed bedrooms with 3 queen beds and 3 single beds, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire property and secured back yard. Fully equipped laundry and use of washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Other things to note Booking and Guest Policies: The listed price is for accommodation only, and the pricing is occupancy based. $35 per additional guest per night. Only guests listed in the booking are permitted at the property, and no visitors are allowed unless prior arrangements are made. Any extra guests or events of any kind attract additional costs. While this water is safe for showering and other non-drinking purposes, it is not suitable for consumption and may sometimes appear yellowish due to natural minerals. For your convenience, we provide bottled water for drinking to ensure guest comfort. Rural Setting: As this property is in a semi-rural location, occasional insects and spider webs are to be expected, especially during warmer months. While we make every effort to remove spider webs prior to guest arrival and implement regular proactive pest control measures, some may appear quickly due to the natural environment and size of the property. We appreciate your understanding of the semi-rural charm and challenges. Furniture Policy: If any furniture is moved during your stay, we kindly ask that it be returned to its original position before departure. Failure to do so may result in additional post-stay costs. Security/Damage Bond: A Security/Damage Bond of $1,500 applies to all bookings. If excessive cleaning and rubbish removal are required post-departure, we reserve the right to deduct from the bond. If there are no issues with the property upon checkout, the bond is fully refundable.
