Accommodation minimum rental period 6 months

I've a double room in my apartment,fully furnished including bed/bath linens,a residential condominium very comfortable security24 hs,I'm askingR$2.400all included in rate:use of whole apartment and everything in it,included in this value:plus gas,electricity,water,condominium fees,TVnetwork,Internet,the clothes will be washed and ironed every 15 days.Bed linen,table and bath,cleaning materials,toilet paper,etc.the guest will feel at your home.I'll give a discount to the monthly parking lot. The space I rent for at least 6 months!!! I have a double room in my apartment, new double bed, without use, fully furnished including bed and bath linens, I could rent... The apartment is in the residential district of high-level, in Jardim Paulista, Zip: 01435-001, near to consulates: Russian, French, Spanish, Mexican, Turkish and Venezuela, commercial centers, shopping and transportation. I am asking R$ 2.500 (Reais) per month, all included in rate: with use of kitchen and laundry fully equipped and decorated, bathroom, furnished living room. Also included in this value, plus gas, electricity, water, condominium fees; the guest also has a TV network, and broadband Internet. In addition, every clothing but non-social clothing such, only clothes, pants, and shirts, briefs, will be washed and ironed every 15 days. Also cleaning the apartment every 15 days is already included. Bed linen, table and bath, cleaning materials, detergents, toilet paper, glasses, pans, etc., use of all household appliances of the apartment, and decoration, cds and dvds, tv, the etc., finally the guest will feel at home as this apartment is very comfortable in a secure building with 24 hour concierge and security system.
