New Mattresses (April 2025)! It is on the sixth floor, there is an elevator. It has 2 INTERNAL STAIRS and 3 mezzanines. Beds are located on the mezzanines, sofa beds downstairs. There is a yoga corner and children's books and toys. The house has been recently refurbished and furnished with antique family furniture. The space This house is on the sixth floor and is really very bright. Accommodates up to 9 adults and a child as the tenth person. In fact, there are: - 1 double bed - 2 full-size beds - 1 baby bed -3 sofa beds for a total of 5 additional seats. Upon entering, there is the dining room from which you can access the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom is lofted: on the mezzanine, accessed by a green staircase, there are two full-size beds and a baby bed; underneath is a double sofa bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed and TV. The living room is adjacent to the yoga area. And here there is also a red single sofa bed, near the spiral staircase that leads to the mezzanine above the living room: here there is a study corner and a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom 1, near the dining room, has a bathtub and shower. Bathroom 2 is located on the mezzanine floor and has a shower. The roof of this bathroom is an attic. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. The house, on the mezzanine floor, has a storage room that cannot be accessed. Upon your arrival, we will have to ask you for your IDs to take their numbers and write down your personal details to be communicated to the police. It is a legal obligation in Italy.
