Our main thought was to keep people close to enjoy moments with family and friends, and to create memories. The Casa has 3 bedrooms, each room has 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 air conditioning and 1 full-length mirror. In the inner part has 1 bathroom that serves the part of the rooms, with marble sink, toilet, large shower and good flow of hot and cold water, blasted glass box bringing more privacy. We have a spacious gourmet area, and well airy with large windows and doors, in it we have a rustic table, smart television, Wi-Fi central, two sinks: one for those who are having a barbecue and the other for those who are making the other foods, making the moment more comfortable. We have a large barbecue and an attached jippon, excellent for colder days or for those who do not give up a more homemade food. The gourmet area is very well equipped with a brewery, Alexa, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, cups, glasses, beer glasses, drink glasses, dishes, large and small cutlery, pots, bowls, aluminum molds, skewers, grill, meat board and much more. In the gourmet area we have the bathroom that serves this part and the pool, also has a marble sink, toilet, large shower and with good flow of hot and cold water, a sandblasted glass box bringing more privacy. There is also in this part a laundry with double tank, portable clothes, broom and squeegee if necessary. Finally, on the outside we have the pool that is integrated with the gourmet area, perfect for those at the barbecue to be able to share moments with those who are in the pool. The swimming pool has an ideal size, 6 meters by 3, has a waterfall, hydro, and lights to illuminate the night, we have a large sidewalk area that does not slide around it, ideal for those who do not want to enter the water but want to stay close and in this part we have an external shower to be used pre and post pool bath. We have a good parking space, fits 3 small cars quietly, all-walled house, with electronic gate and surveillance by EXTERNAL cameras. We also have a grass space, for those who want to relax and energize. Casa Balneário Jacutinga is very well illuminated, with several external reflectors and walks on the walls to bring more comfort and protection.
