HEATED POOL in our luxury, newly built, gulf-access villa. This property boasts just shy of 3,600 sq ft, and is equipped with two full-size kitchens, Italian porcelain tiles throughout the house, as well as spacious walk-in closets, and three modern bathrooms with walking showers. This villa has hurricane resistant windows and doors throughout, also an osmosis water purification system, providing filtered water to the whole house. The space The property has 5 bedrooms with 4 king size beds for better night's rest, 1 queen size bed, and 2 single beds. Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful sunshine state in our saltwater pool and jacuzzi, all under a fully screened lanai to keep out any bugs/leaves. There are also two single-person kayaks to go out and enjoy the calm saltwater canal systems with access to the gulf of mexico. If you enjoy fishing, this is the place for you as these waters boast tons of fish including snook, crevalle jack, and even tarpon. For entertainment, the house comes equipped with smart TVs in every bedroom as well as an 85 in Samsung smart TV in the living room and a TV in the lanai as well with smart TV capability to play music or watch a movie while you lounge in the patio. For games, we have a ping pong table included with paddles and balls, a full size pool table, dominoes/playing cards table with dominoes, as well as an assortment of board games. There are plenty of towels and pool towels as well as two beach chairs and umbrella provided if needed. House comes equipped with an EV charging outlet for your electric vehicles. The property is located 5 min from the Burnt Store boat ramp, 15 min away from Burnt Store Marina, 10 min away from Matlacha, 5 min away from Publix shopping plaza, 25 min away from Sunsplash Water Park. Pets not allowed. Heated pool/Jacuzzi is included in the price when booking for winter months, any other time it will be a $25 fee per day if you choose to use it. Kids must be supervised all the time. Owner will not be held liable for any injury or health condition of any guests. Minimum stay are 2 nights.
