Brent Cottage close to quay

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property. 2 minutes walk from the quay and 2 minutes to the shops. South facing enclosed garden, parking for 2 cars The space Our cottage has accommodation for up to 4 adults and 4 children. The sleeping arrangements are: Downstairs a king-size bedroom, next door to the shower room. Up stairs, a super king-size bedroom where the bed can be split into 2 x 3 foot single beds. Please indicate this with your reservation The other bedroom is suitable for 4 children/teenagers with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a bathroom with overhead shower in between the two upstairs bedrooms A stairgate is available to be fitted at the top of the stairs and a door at the bottom of the stairs. The living area has a large corner sofa which easily accommodates 8 people and a dining table which extends to seat 8 people. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for all your needs, including oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine BATH TOWELS ARE NOT ROUTINELY INCLUDED BUT CAN BE ADDED AT AN EXTRA CHARGE The outside area is a south facing suntrap with garden furniture and a barbeque. There is a large garden shed for bikes, pushchairs etc, including an electric plug for charging e-bikes. Other things to note I do not routinely provide bath towels but can do so for an extra charge
