The house is located on 4000 m2 of land, at the end of a forest road, on the Lannemezan plateau, in an agricultural area in the municipality of Avezac-Prat-Lahitte, at an altitude of 700 m, in a dominant position, not overlooked outside the mountains. The panorama is breathtaking: facing the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, with the Pyrenees mountain range in procession. Paradise for hikers, skiers, fishermen, cyclists and nature lovers. The site is peaceful, ideal for a family stay. The space WITHOUT ANY NUISANCE. PEACEFUL. WOOD HEATING. Typical construction of the Hautes-Pyrénées, the 150 m2 house can accommodate up to 10 people. 5 bedrooms: 3 double beds and 4 single beds (or 4 double beds and 2 single beds), as well as 1 cot. A high chair and a bathtub will accompany the little ones... A large living room of 70 m2, insert fireplace, wood stove, fully equipped American kitchen, with oak monastery table, accommodating 12 people in total. 1 bathroom with bathtub, a shower room, 2 toilets. The kitchen: glass-ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, complete dishes for 12 people with fondue and raclette services. TV screen and DVD player, video games, games, audio player, Ping Pong. Land of 4000 m2, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, outdoor games... An extra 90 cm bed with duvet and pillow is possible thanks to a folding bed. Planting A tent on the ground is possible. Wifi is not available but the phone/internet network works perfectly… Guest access All the rooms in the house are available. It is possible to park 5 cars at the back and around the house. 1 to 2 motorcycles can stay in the garage. Other things to note From a simple walk from the house to hikes in the Baronnies, skiing in the Aure and Louron valleys, the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, the Néouvielle reserve, Spain… For cyclists, the mountain bike circuits are not far away, and the Tourmalet and Aspin passes are not far either. Relaxation with hydrotherapy and recreational hydrotherapy in Capvern les Bains, Bagnère de Bigorre, Saint-Lary or Loudenvielle. Family visits to exceptional natural sites such as mountain lakes, caves or the Esparros chasm (the deepest in Europe). The many country markets for taste, not to mention organic food with the farms that border the house. And stargazing!
