Apartment building dream in Sandviken

Welcome to my apartment! In this studio apartment you will have the opportunity to live in one of Bergen's finest areas - Sandviken. Historical, older apartment building from 1912 in a quiet and established area. Car-free street. A location you will fall in love with. There is no view from the outside into the apartment. Update: there are light-proof curtains on both windows. It is suitable for up to 2 people, but there is the possibility to add an extra bed if needed. The washing machine is on the floor below the apartment The space Stay centrally with immediate proximity to all facilities and services Bergen city center has to offer and a short distance to Bryggen. Good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to take a quiet walk along Fisketorget or are ready to jog up one of Bergen's many mountains. There are several grocery stores nearby. Two different bars are also just around the corner. Bus stops can be found at the same distance. Only 3 min walk to get to the sea, by the quay in Skuteviken. Guest access The interior has been upgraded! The current decor is the gray designer sofa with associated decor elements. Pictures with white sofa are for illustration only. They are no longer there. You have access to my studio apartment. In addition, there are outdoor common areas. If you want to wash clothes, there is a washing machine and dryer on the floor below the apartment. This is easily accessible. There is a dishwasher in the apartment. Ask if you have any questions! Bus connections in the nearby area. To use the bus in Bergen, use the app "Skyss Reise". There you will find the routes. Right outside your door is bus 18 "Søndre Skogveien/Wergeland". It takes you to the city center. Within a short walking distance you can also take bus 10 "Barliveien". Please send a message if you need help finding it. Other things to note Private transport in SUV: Private transport between the airport and the apartment is offered for €90. Up to two people. The apartment has everything you need of kitchen utensils and cleaning equipment for daily washing. There is a dishwasher. There is a toaster and simple coffee maker as well. In the apartment you will find bed linen and other things you need for your stay. In the bathroom there is shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, q-tip, cotton pads and extra toilet rolls. White hotel towels are also in the apartment upon arrival. The facilities are now even better. It's not the exact same furniture as I've refurnished a bit since the pictures were taken. Zone parking, parking on public roads. Parking meter parking in the immediate area as well as the possibility to rent a parking space in several garage facilities in the immediate area.
