The apartment house "Villa Seebaer" is located in a very good and central location on the beach road of the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik. The newly built "Villa Seebaer" in 2010 has 7 very nice, modern and spacious apartments, all with a terrace or balcony. Other things to note The friendly and bright 2-room apartment (approx. 44 m²) on the ground floor has a high level of functionality and is fully furnished. All floors of the apartment are tiled. The apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2024. The apartment can sleep a total of 3 people. From the hallway with wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers you can easily reach all rooms of your apartment. The spacious living/dining room has a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, coffee table, a cabinet wall unit, a separate dining table with 4 chairs and a sideboard. From the living room you have direct access to the approx. 16 m² and sunny terrace (facing south) with terrace furniture and small garden area - here you sit relaxed and cozy in the countryside! For your entertainment, a modern flat-screen TV as well as a stereo system with radio and CD player are available in the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment has free wifi. The open kitchen includes a fully equipped fitted kitchenette with 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, extractor, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. The friendly bedroom is furnished with 2 separate box spring single beds, bedside table and a spacious closet. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room offers an additional comfortable sleeping option for another 3rd person. Sheets and towels can be booked. The bathroom has a shower with a ground-level entrance (senior-friendly!) and thermostatically controlled shower head, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towel radiator and underfloor heating. The apartment is primarily supplied with its own electricity from a photovoltaic system. You can park your car free of charge on a car parking space belonging to your apartment right in front of the house. Well behaved small to medium-sized dogs (max. two) are welcome.
