Cosy 40m2 appartment with a nice garden, near Jourdain / Belleville / Ménilmontant. Fully furnished, with washing machine, sheets and towels. One double bed & one sofa bed. Charming & lovely area (private garden, bars, parks, metro...) The space I would love to host you in my 40 m2 apartment! This one is ideal for a couple or a solo traveler. The accommodation includes: - 1 bedroom with a double bed (King size) - 1 living room with 1 sofa bed, - a dining table that folds out, - 3 chairs, - 1 bathroom with bathtub - 1 separate toilet - 1 fully equipped kitchen and a private garden (very nice to have coffee in the sun!) Equipment: washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, electric mixer, hairdryer. But no TV or Wi-Fi! Towels and sheets are provided. There will also very often be homemade jam ;) As in many Parisian apartments, the building is old, the walls are not thick, so yes you may occasionally hear the neighbors above (footsteps). There will certainly be homemade jam in the kitchen! ;) Like many Parisian apartments, the building is more than one century old, walls are thin, so you may hear the upstairs neighbors walk around their apartment. Guest access The neighborhood is very well connected by transport. The Télégraphe, Place des Fêtes, Jourdain (line 11) metro stations are an equal distance from the apartment, about a 5-minute walk. Many bus lines are nearby (lines 26, 95, 60...). The nearest park is Buttes-Chaumont (10 min). In less than 15 minutes by metro you will find yourself in the heart of Paris: Châtelet, Hôtel de Ville, Le Marais, ... For the bravest, a Vélib station is a stone's throw from the apartment! :) Other things to note Thank you to each of the occupants for taking care of the apartment and what is in it, for thinking of the neighbors (no noise) and for making the apartment clean.
