The city center, the beach , a big supermarket and a fresh market are close by. Other things to note • the city centre is 15-20 minutes away by foot • the medina ( old city) is 10 minutes away by foot • the Rabat Ville train station is 8 minutes away by car • the apartment is located on the 4th floor (the top floor) and there is no elevator • It's a lively neighbourhood (can be noisy), but it’s very safe ( also at night) • The walls are not very soundproof (you can hear noise from the kitchen) • windows are not double glazed • one bathroom available, which is shared between 3 or sometimes 4 people Please note that the price for the room has been adjusted accordingly to the points mentioned above.
