Welcome to our home away from home, a private legal secondary suite, built, designed, and decorated with our guest in mind. The entire suite will be exclusively yours during your stay, ensuring complete privacy. The suite is located in the Southeast Quadrant of Calgary City and is within accessible distance of Stoney Trail and Deerfoot. 200m away from Calgary Transit and 5 5-minute drive from 130th Avenue, a major business hub that hosts Grocers and other local businesses. The space The basement suite features two bedroom (queen-sized bed) with a cozy sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen, providing you with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. The sitting area includes a pull-out couch, which can be easily transformed into an additional bed if needed. Legal Secondary Suite with separate furnace & thermostat to control your heating As for the amenities, we have ensured that the suite is well-equipped to meet your needs. You'll find a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and high-speed Wi-Fi access for your entertainment.
