Cosy Montmartre apartment

Welcome to la Maison de Pauline, at the heart of the 18th arrondissement of Paris! The flat is located right in the middle of authentic & artistry Montmartre and more vibrant & trendy Jules Joffrin area (5 min walk from both subway line 12 and 4.). The district has many fashionable shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was imagined and designed as a comfy nest to unwind after an exciting day of exploring Paris. The street is very calm and your sleep will not be disturbed by unwanted noise. The space The flat is my home. It is 34m2 (366sqf)and is located on the ground floor on a traditional architecture Parisian building. It has 3m (9.8 feet) high ceilings and the windows open on an inner courtyard. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm) and a spacious walk-in closet. The sofa bed in the living room opens into a 120x200cm proper bed. The recently renovated bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, storage spaces and essential toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper). In the kitchen you’ll find a microwave with oven function, boiler, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob as well as a washing machine. To get you started you’ll find dish soap, a few Nespresso pods, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar. You can drink the water from the sink, it is of good quality. The entire apartment is at your disposal and will not be shared with others. Guest access You have the apartment to yourself. We will meet in person so I can give you the keys and show you around. It is 5 min walk from metro line 12 (Jules Joffrin stop) and line 4 (Marcadet-Poissonniers stop). It is also 3 stops (10 min) away from Gare du Nord, which is the station where RER B (CDG and Orly airport trains), and Eurostar trains from the UK, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands arrive in Paris.
