At the crossroads of Gard, Lozère and Ardèche and many activities (20 min): shops, Chassezac river; Lake Villefort; hiking; walks; tree climbing, via ferrata... Hiking trail to Mas de L'Ayre accessible from the property. Come and discover this atypical place, quiet and close to nature, for a moment of relaxation and conviviality. The space Le Mas Del Chamoun consists of 3 parts: • The Gîte (70 m² - 4 pers.): - Night area with two bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) and a double bed (140 x 190 cm) - Living room with sofa, armchairs and dining table - Equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, slicer, cookware, utensils and dishes - Bathroom and toilet - Electric radiators - Storage - Bed linen and towels on request (€8 per person) • Le Mas (82 m² - 4 pers.): - 2 bedrooms upstairs with double bed (one bed 170 x 190 and the other 140 x 190), bathroom and private toilet - Living room with armchairs, sofa and TV - Dining room with a large table and chairs - Wood-burning stove - Storage - Bed linens and towels on request (€8 per person) • La Chamoun (40 m² - 3 to 5 people): - 1 bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 190) upstairs with a table and chairs - 1 bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190) and sofa bed for 2 (140 x 190). The room is equipped with a piano - Bathroom and toilet - Wood-burning stove - Storage - Bed linen and towels on request (€8 per person) The Mas and the Chamoun have a common summer kitchen equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, utensils and dishes. Le Mas del Chamoun is supplied by a pure water source. The kitchen faucets are equipped with a filtration station. A swimming pool (10x5) with sun loungers, parasols, chairs and tables is at your disposal. Several outdoor dining areas have been set up, including one with a barbecue.
