Lavender Yurt

Private and quiet micro site (only 2 yurts) on a 92 acre family farm with amazing views and a 23 acre ancient semi-natural woodland of mainly sessile oak trees. Well equipped yurt with dedicated facilities. The yurt is situated in an orchard containing a selection of fruit and ornamental trees. The orchard field slopes gently to the east and enables wonderful views of the rising sun. Visitors can walk through the woodland. Abundant wildlife. The space Lavender Yurt is equipped with a king sized bed complete with duvet and pillows, bed side lights, a twin USB charging point, a rechargeable portable lantern, a twin ring gas hob, frying pan and saucepans, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses, storage units. an inside dining table and a wood burning stove. A bucket of logs is included. Outside there is a small dining table and chairs, a fire pit and two sun lounger chairs. Lavender has a bathroom and separate washing up room for the sole use of the occupants. The bathroom has face and bath towels, hot and cold water, shower, washbasin flush lavatory and toiletries. The washing room has a sink with hot and cold water, washing up liquid and sponge, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and eat towel. Adjacent to the bathroom door there is a mirror and hairdryer for communal use. Guest access Cars cannot be taken to the yurts. Guest parking is in a dedicated area near the front of the house and a trolley is provided to take belongings to and from the yurts. The bathroom and washing up room are adjacent to the car parking area. There is a summer house which can be used by the guests next to the parking area. Other things to note We cannot accommodate dogs as there are usually sheep on the land.
