It is surrounded by wonderful places to relax: within 10 minutes by car you can reach the Tsonevo Dam with the Wonderful Rocks, Sherba Eco-complex, forest, caves, deer and wild boar reserve, 25 minutes - to the town of Provadia and Ovech, 40-50 minutes - to the beach Shkorpilovtsi and Varna. The space The three-storey villa is located in the village of Grozdevo in fresh air and silence. There's a grocery store nearby that's open from 6:00 to 22:00. The villa is located in an enclosed space where guests can taste fruits: cherries, plums, apples, etc. There's a barbecue area next to the villa. The bedroom, kitchen and dining room are on the second floor. The bedroom has 2 beds that can be separated if desired. If necessary, we can add a child's bed. There's also a closet in the bedroom. The dining room has a dining table, chairs, sofa and a small computer desk. The kitchen has a fridge, electric stove with oven, sink, dishwasher, necessary furniture and utensils. The stove has 2 electric and 2 gas burners. Gas burners don't work, so they shouldn't be used. On the ground and third floors there are two bathrooms combined with a toilet. There's a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom. There's a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed. On the third floor there is 1 bedroom with a single bed and 1 bedroom with a sofa, a spacious terrace and a living room. On the terrace you can eat in the fresh air and enjoy the beautiful nature while sitting on a three-seat swing. There are also several unfurnished rooms on the ground and third floors. If you need to park your car, you can leave it on the street next to the villa or go through the gate behind the fence. Guest access Guests can use all rooms except those that are not equipped for living. Guests can also use the products available in the kitchen (sunflower oil, sugar, coffee, salt, black pepper, etc.). Other things to note The boiler is switched on in the kitchen under the sink by pressing a button. Beach blankets and umbrellas are located in the lobby on the third floor. There is also a clothes dryer in the hallway that can be placed on the terrace.
