The space This family house of character has a capacity of 10 people. The accommodation is broken down as follows: On the ground floor: - entrance through an equipped kitchen (stovetop, hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave) - large dining room - a bathroom consisting of a shower cubicle, a vanity unit and a toilet - family living room with TV Upstairs: The first access to the upper floor is through the kitchen. It serves: - a first bedroom equipped with a 140*190 cm bed, a baby bed, a changing table, a dressing room - a second bedroom in a row with a 140*190 cm bed overlooking a bathroom consisting of a shower, a vanity unit and a toilet - a third bedroom offering a nice area and also equipped with a 140*190 cm bed A second access to the upper floor is through the living room and serves a dormitory room composed of two small beds (90*190 cm) and a bed 140*190 cm. On level -1: - a large equipped summer kitchen (oven, dishwasher, stove, standing table) - a large living room equipped with a dining table This level gives direct access, through a window door to the terrace and pool. The house is located in Condat, along the road leading to the city center of Fumel. Guest access Check-in is from 4 p.m. onwards. The keys are handed over in person. In case of staggered schedules (arrival at night), check-in can be done independently via a key box, but the concierge service will come to meet you the day after your arrival. Other things to note Bed and bath linen are included in the rate of your reservation. Baby essentials are present in the accommodation (a bed with mattress, a travel cot, a changing table, a high chair). Possibility to park a car in the courtyard and parking near the accommodation Access to the greenway can be made directly from the bottom of the garden for long walks or bike rides, along the lot, for about forty kilometers. The garden and pool are not directly facing the neighborhood. No pets allowed. Parties are forbidden. The accommodation is non-smoking indoors. Outdoor amenities: barbecue sunbathing parasol dining table inflatable pool games The accommodation has many stairs and levels and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
