Casa Celia
Description
A lovely, colorful two-story brick house, surrounded by tropical flora! 5 bedrooms (8 beds), 5.5 bathrooms. Located in the tranquil, private neighborhood of Puerto Azul, off the Via a la Costa highway. Spanish architecture style, with brick arches. Comfortably fits 9-10. Relax out back by our private pool! Located just a half hour drive from Guayaquil's exciting city center! The space The house, which is built completely out of brick, is quite spacious. When you walk in, the first floor is basically an open floor plan with a lobby, atrium and dining room, which are connected through beautiful open archways. There is a garden outside that lines the tile pathway to the pool and outdoor entrance, which enhances the tropical energy of the space. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located on the second floor, up a semi-spiral suspended staircase, in an open hallway that overlooks the ground floor. The second floor also has a view of the atrium, which has a high ceiling that lets in a gentle amount of natural sunlight. The first bedroom, located on the first floor, has 2 beds: 1 full and 1 twin. The master bedroom (second bedroom) has a private bathroom (2 sinks and a shower), built-in closets, and 1 king bed. There is a private pool out back, up a short stairway. The area is decorated with tropical plants, and a bench area at the wall of the house. The master bedroom and upstairs lounge overlook the pool area. It was also be seen from the kitchen and dining room. The furnishings in the house are made almost completely of polished hardwood, including the beds. In addition to the garden, there is a touch of flora (e.g. a vase of flowers) always present in every room to help maintain a colorfully vibrant setting. Guest access All the common areas will be available (kitchen, dining room, pool, atrium, living room, lounge, downstairs half bathroom and pool bathroom). Two of the upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. Other things to note A maid/housekeeper will come to the house twice a week. The house is not wheelchair accessible, sorry!
