Guest access The property is accessed through a shared gated entrance, with private access to the apartment for your sole use once inside. Access to the property is via a key safe box which the details for this will be given 24 hours prior to the standard check in time of 4pm. As the apartment is located in the heart of Chester city centre, there is no on-site or street parking available. However, several public car parks are within a short walk of the property. We recommend Linenhall Car Park, which typically offers 24-hour parking for approximately £8. The apartment's central location means many of Chester's attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafés are within easy walking distance. Chester Train Station is approximately a 5–10 minute drive or a 15–20 minute walk from the property. Other things to note For stays exceeding 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service ensures the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. An additional cleaning fee will apply for this service, which covers general cleaning, fresh linen, and towel replacement. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time for the mid-stay clean. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog, per stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend and kindly ensure they are supervised and that any pet waste is disposed of appropriately. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly.
