The peaceful bedroom features a comfortable double bed with hypoallergenic linens for a restful night’s sleep, along with a built-in wardrobe offering hanging space for your belongings. Direct access to the en-suite bathroom adds privacy and convenience. The modern en-suite bathroom boasts exposed beams and a recently fitted shower over the bath, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Whether you’ve been walking the Roman walls or browsing Chester’s shops, the relaxing bath is sure to recharge you. The open-plan lounge is designed for relaxation, with a dining table for two, perfect for meals or games. There’s a two-seater sofa and an additional chair, ideal for reading or enjoying your favourite show on the Smart TV, where you can log in with your own streaming accounts. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, with details provided on arrival. The compact galley kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, and kettle, making it easy to prepare meals at home. With so many cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby, you’ll likely be drawn to explore Chester’s culinary delights instead. Please note this property is not suitable for individuals with mobility issues as the stairs to the apartment are steep as the building is 200 years old. Guest access The property is accessed through a shared gated entrance, with private access to the apartment for your sole use once inside. Access to the property is via a key safe box which the details for this will be given 24 hours prior to the standard check in time of 4pm. As the apartment is located in the heart of Chester city centre, there is no on-site or street parking available. However, several public car parks are within a short walk of the property. We recommend Linenhall Car Park, which typically offers 24-hour parking for approximately £8. The apartment's central location means many of Chester's attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafés are within easy walking distance. Chester Train Station is approximately a 5–10 minute drive or a 15–20 minute walk from the property. Other things to note For stays exceeding 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service ensures the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. An additional cleaning fee will apply for this service, which covers general cleaning, fresh linen, and towel replacement. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time for the mid-stay clean. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog, per stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend and kindly ensure they are supervised and that any pet waste is disposed of appropriately. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly. Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours. Please note that, as this is a 200-year-old building, access is via steep stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
