Other things to note • Our pier is 150 ft from shore to docks tie up, and at low tide there is 3ft of water. • We're a pet-friendly property and can accommodate a dog up to 50 lbs (see our house rules for further info). Please ensure your pet is added to your booking. • Please refrain from smoking inside the home (including the screened-in patio)! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.
