La Aurora, House in the Normandy countryside

In the middle of a green setting, the interior of our house has recently been renovated with environmentally friendly materials. It is located in a quiet and peaceful setting, surrounded by the horses of the neighboring stud farm. The space You will sleep upstairs, in a bedroom in which there is also a bathroom that includes a sink, a toilet and a shower (be careful, the shower is small and not suitable for tall people (less than 1m80). There is a double bed (140 x 200) and a small desk table. On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, four induction hobs, a double sink, a kettle, a Bodum coffee maker, a blender, a toaster and a grill to make sandwiches. You can use all our dishes. The dining table is also in this area. In the entrance there is a fireplace and a piano and in a separate room, the living room with a large bay window and panoramic views of the countryside. Guest access There is a terrace with a pergola and a large table and chairs to have your meals outside, as well as a private garden of 7000 m2 surrounded by hedges. There is also a large parking space to park your car. Other things to note The village is 1 km from the house, where you can find a bakery, restaurant and leisure center with a lake for walking. The city of L'Aigle is a 15-minute drive away with all amenities: supermarkets (Biocoop, Intermarché, Leclerc), pharmacies, a hospital, swimming pool, restaurants, a cinema, a bookstore, etc.
