This charming 65-square-meter property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious terrace with pavilion and inviting seating invites you to relax and linger. The apartment is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired – from kitchen utensils to home accessories, everything is available to make you feel at home. Private parking provides extra comfort. Our accommodation can accommodate 1 to 5 people and is also ideal for families with small children, as a baby cot can be provided. The location is extremely convenient: shopping is only 3-5 minutes away, and a bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, from where you can easily reach Freudenberg and churches with line 290 or Siegen with line R39 (but from the center). Playgrounds are also only a minute's walk away. The apartment is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing nights. Smoking inside of the house is not allowed, but it is allowed on the terrace. Pets are allowed on request. Please note that quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am and no events are allowed in the apartment. Final cleaning is charged at 60 euros.
