The space This space is below (downstairs) to an event venue in Downtown Lawrenceburg. We block out dates when we have late night events that will disturb our guests. But we will often have events during the day that you will hear noise from upstairs. Please note that we can not promise there will not be noise disturbances during the day from upstairs or from time to time foot steps heard from meetings upstairs. We do our best to communicate with you the hours the space is booked if it overlaps with your stay. Guest access The space has a front entrance with steps and a back door entrance that is ground entrance that makes it accessible for all. Please use street parking out front or parking lot right next to the building. Do not use the driveway behind the building. Other things to note Our place is central to so many great things! Boating on the river Take a walk downtown to so many great stores and restaurants Ride bikes around town Head over to the Cinema and catch an evening movie Catch a concert at The Liberty Theater 17 minutes to Perfect North Slopes 15 minutes to CVG or Creation Museum 35 minutes to Downtown Cincinnati for FC, Reds or Bengals. Tons of great shows at Heritage Bank or the other Concert venues in Cincy and NKY 45 min - 1 hour to Kings Island
