Flekkefjord is located between Kristiansand and Stavanger and with about 1.5 hours drive to Sirdal. The house is located in a detached house area with about 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk from Flekkefjord city center. The single-family housing area appears to be family-friendly with several playgrounds, lake, beach and forest in the immediate vicinity. The space You have the entire property at your disposal. The house's facade faces south, where you have a glimpse of the lake. In front of the house there is a terrace and lawn that is fenced. Here is also a gas grill and fire pit. Wood is available. Behind the house there is also a garden and lawn with a transition to the countryside, hiking trails and the municipality's drinking water (unfortunately, it is not allowed to swim or fish here). The property is sunny with sun from early in the morning to about 7:30 pm in the evening. If you think there is too much sun, we recommend on hot days to pull down the sunshade. Inside the house is small but practical and consists of: a well-equipped kitchen with dining area for 6-8 people. Living room with wood stove and play area for the little ones. Three bedrooms with beds for six people divided into beds of 180 cm, 160 cm and 90 cm + 90 cm. In addition, there is a baby bed as well as a travel bed. From the master bedroom you have access to a bathroom with a double shower. In addition, bathroom number two has a simple shower. There are patio doors that take you straight out into the fresh morning air from both the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. From the laundry room (washing machine and dryer) you have access to a garage with space for one car. In addition, there is room for 2-3 cars outside the house. Guest access Guests can use the entire property except for the private walk-in closet. Other things to note Bed linens and towels included in price. You leave the house clean and tidy.
