But should have a responsible caretaker. (NO PEES/POOS INSIDE THE VILLA) • Loud noises/nuisances after 10PM are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. • Please conserve water and energy. TURN-OFF the aircon, lights, shower, and faucets when not in use or if staying out. • For your privacy, no caretaker is staying around or near the villa. • NO SMOKING/VAPES inside the house. • Eating inside the bedrooms is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. • Please DON'T LEAVE stains on the sofa, bed, or carpet. • Using double-sided tapes or any kind of glitter is NOT ALLOWED— a replacement fee or repair fee will be automatically charged to the guest. • Please practice CLAY GO— a fee of 500 PHP. shall be charged if the house is too dirty and messy by forfeiting the security deposit. • We are not requiring guests to fully clean but just to make the unit tidy as a courtesy to the Hosts accommodating your stay. • Please wash all the dishes and pans before leaving the unit. • All trash must be kept in the garbage bags sealed. • When guests trashed the unit, a fine/penalty of 500PHP. will be charged.
