Mid-term studio rental (more than 13 nights )

Lovely studio with gorgeous morning light! Peaceful views on lush rose’s bushes and purple wisteria. We are located walking distance to Whole Food Market, Acme bread bakery, Gilman and Fieldwork breweries, and easy access to 4th st. shopping district. Street parking is easy, the bus (#12) stop is located 2 blocks away and can take you to campus, the highway ramp is only a few minutes drive. We love living here and we hope you will enjoy your stay as well! The space The guesthouse is an attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) that has been fully renovated in 2020. We use it to host our families when they travel from Europe . You will have your own private entrance. Two of our windows have a view on our front yard. We don’t allow guest to access our front yard to avoid any issues with our dog Dover (a terrier mix) and cat Misty, therefore there is no outdoor space for guest.
