Kerby Basement Studio

This is a basement apartment in a charming old craftsman house located two blocks from Mississippi Ave. The basement has its own entrance, and to access the studio, one must pass through a small common area with a washer and dryer. There is a small kitchen and bathroom. The space is nice and cool in the hot Portland summer. There is a respectful couple and their dog that live upstairs.
