Our cottage, located in the picturesque natural landscape near the commune of SÂNDOMINIC in Harghita county, is a true refuge in the middle of nature. With an accommodation capacity of up to 20 people, we offer you the opportunity to spend quality time with friends and family. In addition, a variety of outdoor activities await you, such as football, ping pong, trampoline, swings, ciubăr and fishing, to enjoy relaxing moments, away from the urban hustle and bustle. The space Welcome to our dream retreat, located in a picturesque landscape, near the town of BĂLAN and the commune of SÂNDOMINIC, in the heart of Harghita County! Here you will find an unforgettable accommodation experience, with 6 spacious rooms distributed on three levels as follows: - Ground floor: - Room for 4 people: - 4 single beds (2 of them bunk beds), dimensions: 80x200 - Private bathroom - 1st floor (two rooms and living room): - First room: - Capacity: 3 people - Queen size bed: 160x200 - Extensible armchair: 80x200 - Second room: - Capacity: 2 people - Comfortable double bed - Living room with a sofa bed for two; Also on the 1st floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (stove with cylinder, cutlery, plates, glasses, refrigerator) and a bathroom that also includes a shower cabin, with access from the hallway. - 2nd floor: - Three spacious rooms: - First room: - Capacity: 2 people - Queen size bed: 140x200 - Second room: - Capacity: 3 people - Queen size bed: 160x200 - Single bed: 80x200 - Third room: - Capacity: 4 people - Double bed: 160x200 - 2 single bunk beds: 80x200 Also on the 2nd floor there are two bathrooms that include a shower cabin, with access from the hall. On the 1st floor there is also a dining room with a capacity of 30 people, which has a bar, two toilets (one for ladies and one for gentlemen). Here you can have dinner or organize dance evenings (there is an audio system on site as well as colorful ambient lights). There is also a generous terrace with sofa and armchairs, from where you can admire the surrounding landscape. Outside the property, an oasis of relaxation and fun awaits you: - Gazebo with barbecue - Ciubar available for a fee (capacity: 10 people, the cost starts from 500 lei/use, depending on how many uses are desired during the stay); - Outdoor wooden tables and benches - 2 fish ponds - Sunbeds - Swings - Trampoline - Hammocks - Small farm with domestic animals: dogs, cats, chickens, ducks and geese, from which fresh eggs can be provided. For those eager for adventure and fun, we have a wide range of outdoor activities, including: - Trout fishing in the two ponds (available for a fee); - Football; - Ping pong; - Gameboards. We also offer you the opportunity to climb the cliffs in the area, just 30 minutes away on foot (details are to be agreed with the owner). The service is done with the collaboration of a climbing enthusiast and those who want to do it must have experience in this sport. Details will be arranged prior to arrival at the cottage. What will you find at us? Clean air, a lot of peace, hospitable people, exemplary cleanliness, uninhibited nature :), another lifestyle, slower, more introspective, more altruistic, slightly archaic. The cottage provides high comfort, but there are also limitations. The cottage uses power generators as well as solar panels to supply electricity, so large consumers of instant electricity such as: hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, various hairdressing devices, electric stoves or radiators are not accepted. Guest access Exclusive and unlimited access to the entire cottage throughout your stay. The cottage is rented in full to groups of up to 20 people (including the sofa and the extendable armchair), thus ensuring privacy and comfort for guests.
