Key Features: Private Access & Seclusion Away from main roads, but minutes from the M6/M65, close to both Blackburn and Preston and set within the Ribble Valley area. Ample Parking Secure, off-road parking for multiple vehicles or even a boat or caravan etc. Dog Friendly We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs (and children, too!). Great safe paths for dog walking. Spacious Accommodation - 1 cozy double room - 1 children’s room with twin beds - 1 single room All bedding and towels supplied A travel cot is available if needed Fully Equipped Modern kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, and gas oven/hob, kitchen utensils, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, can opener, and basic supplies such as condiments, and cleaning supplies etc. TV and Free Wi-Fi. Convenient Facilities Separate large walk in shower-room and toilet. Hairdryer in the property. Laundry Iron & ironing board supplied in the property itself, and use of washing machine and dryer is available if required. Guest access The whole property and a private outside space, with secure parking is provided. There is a small secure private garden area. Other things to note We are a strictly no smoking property for safety and hygiene reasons, a smoking area is available outside.
