With cozy rooms and sophisticated cabins, we offer charming accommodations with a hot tub, accessibility, comfort and tranquility. Located in the heart of the Atlantic Forest, with access via the historic Estrada da Graciosa, the inn offers an incredible view of the Marumbi mountain range. Our daily rates include breakfast served exclusively in the lounge from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and rotating parking, available 24 hours a day. Although we don't have a restaurant, we have excellent recommendations nearby. We do not have the structure to receive pets or for camping. **General Booking Conditions:** - Check-in from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and check-out from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Reservations confirmed upon advance deposit of at least 50% of the package price. - The family room accommodates up to 3 adults, with complimentary stay for children up to 7 years old (maximum 2 children per apartment). **Inn Policies:** - It is not allowed to consume drinks not purchased at the inn. - No smoking in the rooms/suites and common areas. - SILENCE after 10 p.m. to ensure the tranquility of guests. - Repair of property damage caused by guests will be charged. - Restricted access to the inn's premises. - No bicycles or motorcycles in the rooms. **Services and Facilities:** - Request pool towels at the reception. - Room cleaning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with change of towels and bed linens every 2 nights. - Pool hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. - Closure of common areas at 10 p.m. **Parking:** - Uncovered parking, no valet. - Keep your vehicle closed and locked.
