Welcome to the Tweit house! You have found a very special gem steps away from the lake. This large family home situated right on the beach at Rochon Sands is an ideal summer getaway. Guests will enjoy watching the kids swim right from the comfort of the home and then later enjoy a glass of wine on the spacious lakeside deck as the sun sets. Numerous winter activities such as ice fishing, cross country skiing, skating and tranquility make this home attractive year round. The space This beautiful lakefront property is just steps from your private beach. Both upstairs and downstairs are completely finished with kitchens and fireplaces. Five bedrooms total with 8 beds leaves lots of room for guests. Spacious kitchen and large dining table will bring everyone together. The newly finished outdoor deck is the perfect place to watch the sunset. Guest access The entire house is accessible other than the two sheds and the garage. The laundry facilities will be available to people who rent for 5 days or longer. There will be NO laundry services for weekend rentals. Other things to note Please be very detailed about all the guests that will be staying in the home, including ALL children. If there is ever an emergency we need to be able to have all guests accounted for.
