This bright and functional apartment welcomes you in the heart of Orthez, ideal for a business, tourist or family stay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a small building in the city center. KITCHEN: Fully equipped open kitchen. A countertop equipped with 2 induction burners + hood, a sink with drainer, and a cabinet with all the kitchenware for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and Senseo coffee maker (coffee and tea provided), a raclette machine, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The pluses: everything you need: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cereals, pasta, dishwashing liquid + sponge, washing machine products, cleaning products. DINING ROOM / LIVING ROOM A dining table for 4 people but expandable to 6 people, with 4 comfortable chairs A 3-seater sofa bed, very easily convertible into a bed (191 x 130 cm) equipped with cushions and pillows for sleeping. The room is equipped with a 100-cm wall-mounted TV, a smart TV to which you can connect all your platforms. The perks: Molotov TV subscription giving access to 90 channels, including DTT (fiber optic); for music lovers, a Bluetooth speaker; and board games to enjoy together. BATHROOM: A bathtub, a counter with a sink and mirror, a storage unit and a washing machine Extras: hairdryer, washing machine tablets (quantity depending on the length of stay), soap, shampoo, shower gel (organic product), cotton swabs, makeup remover wipes, bath towel, and hand towel. In addition, we provide an iron and ironing board. Separate toilet BEDROOM: 1 bed of 140*200 cm, a thick and comfortable mattress, a duvet and all the bedding you will need during your stay. On each side of the bed, there is a bedside table with a drawer, a light, and a USB and standard outlet. 2 storage drawers in the bed frame. 1 closet with shelves, hangers, and a storage box are at your disposal.
