There are two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and a full pull out sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom has a custom tiled walk in shower. Outside amenities include fire pit, grill and private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The main house, where owners reside is located 30 yards away if guests need anything. Guest access Gravel driveway is steep. All wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is needed. Note: Owners have no problem in 2017 Rav4 w/all wheel drive or Toyota truck with 4 wheel drive. Guests can explore the 40 acres of wooded area of property which includes an ephemeral creek and a couple of small water falls. The carriage house sits approximately 150 yards up a gravel driveway from the New River and guests are welcome to enjoy the owners river land. Other things to note Property is located in a rural area so sounds and sightings of wildlife and farm animals may occur. (neighbors have a rogue pony and a pot bellied pig) Owners have a friendly yellow lab puppy. A few chickens (including a couple of roosters), are located on the property and occasionally free range when the owners are home, therefore fresh eggs may be available. Train tracks run along the river, so the occasional sound of trains will be heard.
