On thé edge of a beautiful forest come and enjoy our newly refurbished family friendly space. 2 Bedrooms both equipped with wardrobes and double beds. A sofa bed in the living room. A patio with dining area and Weber BBQ as well as Pool access. A perfect place to come and relax with or without the family. Ideally located - 20 minutes from beautiful Bergerac, 40 minutes from pretty Perigueux and 1h30 from stunning Sarlat. All commodities less than ten minutes drive away. The space The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The living room is equipped with a TV and a desk and two convertible sofas (only one of them can be unfolded to limit the number of people). The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, built-in oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utensils to prepare your meals almost like at home! The bedrooms are both tastefully furnished and have a wardrobe with a closet to store your belongings during your stay. A Bluetooth radio/speaker is available. You can of course use the washing machine if you wish. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost during your stay. Guest access Located 20 minutes from Bergerac, 40 minutes from Perigueux, and about 1h30/45 from Sarlat (depending on the season), 1 hour from Bordeaux. You can take a walk in the forest just above the house on foot or by mountain bike, or join the bike path 10 minutes away via the road. Swimming area: - La Jemaye pond (about 35 minutes) with a sandy beach, children's playground, catering and bike path all around the pond. - Lake Gurcon with a leisure center. - beaches by the Dronne in Saint-Aulaye Canoeing: You have several places in different corners of the Dordogne to discover landscapes seen from the water: Bergerac, Brantôme, La Roque-Gageac... Tree climbing 10 minutes away Other things to note I live on the same property where the accommodation is located, with my wife and three children aged 5, 2 and 1. I can offer you baby equipment, available if necessary. The accommodation is equipped with board games as well as books to spend moments of conviviality or relaxation.
