Burberry Lane Beach House

Burberry Lane Beach House was newly constructed in 2020 and is perfect for soaking up summer on PEI. Enjoy your morning coffee from the large deck out front or the balcony off the master bedroom as you look out at the ocean and red cliffs of PEI’s south shore. The large composite deck includes a lounge area and also a dinning area perfect for eating outside and watching the sunset over the Confederation Bridge. The space Inside the cottage, enjoy the 1500 square feet that includes an open concept kitchen/dining/living area with high vaulted shiplap ceiling. The main floor includes a full bath with washer and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. The first offers a queen bed and blackout curtains. The second bedroom can sleep four in the heavy duty double-over-double bunk bed. A crib is also available upon request. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with king bed, sliding patio doors to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom with standup shower. There is also a cozy reading nook outside the master bedroom that overlooks the main living area. Other comforts include; heat pumps on both levels with air conditioning to stay cool on the hot summer nights, an enclosed outdoor shower to clean off after enjoying the beach, wifi, smart TV to access your Netflix/Amazon Prime/Crave accounts, all bed linens and towels, propane BBQ, bonfire pit, and everything you need to enjoy the beach including beach chairs, beach toys, large beach towels and a small cooler. This is a lovely cottage community with a large common area offering plenty of room to throw around the frisbee, kick the soccer ball or let the kids burn off some energy. There is access to the beautiful secluded beach off the common area. Only a 5 minute drive to the restaurants in Victoria-by-the-sea.
