Included in the space is a private bathroom, shower only. Well equipped kitchen including mini fridge/freezer, toaster oven(+air fryer function) single hot plate, rice cooker/steamer, and microwave. Keurig coffee maker supplied with pods, as well as a french press (ground coffee NOT provided). For sleeping there is one queen size bed as well as a futon for extra sleep space when needed. Private & fenced outdoor space includes a small patio, propane fire pit, chairs, picnic table, bbq, games, and grass area. A privacy fence divides guesthouse from the main house. There is also a large fenced field (shared) ideal for a picnic, games, or off-leash play with your pup! We also have chickens! You can collect your own fresh eggs!(to purchase) Guest access Guests have access to their private guesthouse and fenced yard, as well as a shared, off-leash, fully-fenced field at the back of the property. Guests are welcome to check out the chickens anytime! Other things to note Please be aware that our location is rural, you will require a vehicle to get to any commercial areas. There are no stores/restaurants within walking distance. Our property corners a somewhat main back-road so you will hear some road noise at times. The wood burning sauna is shared, although we give guests priority. You will be required to light it yourself unless help is available at that time.
