There is a room off the entry with a writing desk, loveseat and smart TV connected to wifi. There is a good size parlor or living room with a full size couch, loveseat, chair and dining table with two chairs. Mini split for heat and air conditioning. Full size kitchen has lots of storage space with cabinets and pantry cabinet. Gas stove/range, hood fan, full size refrigerator and basic kitchen equipment. Bathroom has antique full size tub and shower with a stackable washer and dryer in adjacent room. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to this one bedroom apartment, shared back deck and courtyard. Property is for registered guests only. No events or parties without prior written approval. Other things to note This apartment sits above a tea and coffee space which is open to the public typically from 8:30am to 2pm Tues through Saturday. We try to keep sound to a minimum for guests and have taken measures to sound proof the space but it's an old building and some sound may be heard from below or outside in the courtyard. We also have two more studio apartments in the building coming online soon. There will be an option to rent the whole property before too long.
