Architectural home with quiet garden

Stay in our beloved home, tucked away in a green and quiet garden community on Amager in Copenhagen. The spaces are warmly designed, with generous ceiling height, soft natural light and sunset views from the loft. Close to the metro, with easy access to the city, the beach nearby and a large natural park within walking distance. Two bicycles are available for guests to borrow during their stay. Free parking. Well suited for couples or small families with older children. The space You enter the house through a small entrance hall, with direct access to the two bedrooms as well as the main living area. The heart of the home is the large, high-ceilinged living room with open kitchen and dining area – the space where guests naturally spend most of their time. The open kitchen and round dining table sit at the centre of the room and work equally well for everyday meals and long conversations. From the living room, double terrace doors lead directly out to the garden terrace, allowing indoor and outdoor living to flow naturally together. From the living room, stairs lead up to two open loft areas used for relaxation. One loft offers a cosy seating area with TV, while the other has a table with sunset views - perfect for an evening drink. Please note that the staircase has partial railing only, and the lofts are open. There are no essential rooms upstairs (such as bathrooms or bedrooms), but guests should be comfortable with this layout, especially when travelling with children. The terrace offers several seating options, and depending on the time of day you can usually choose between sun and shade, overlooking the garden’s flowers and summing bees. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the private garden, including both bedrooms, the living room with open kitchen, the bathroom, a small utility room with washing machine and dryer, the two open loft areas and the terrace. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet garden community, and we kindly ask guests to be considerate of the neighbours. Parties and events are not allowed. Please note that the house has open loft areas and a staircase with partial railing. The home is best suited for couples or families with older children, and smaller children should be supervised. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and we do not accept guests with dogs. The garden is private but not fully enclosed yet. The house is our personal home and is only rented out for limited periods while we are away. We usually prefer stays of at least five nights.
