Elegantly equipped studio apartment in the beating heart of Trastevere, one of the most sparkling and characteristic areas of Rome, whose atmosphere has always fascinated both tourists and Romans. More specifically, we are in a quiet alley near the nightlife, but protected from the noise and liveliness of the neighborhood. The studio has a cozy outdoor area, where you can relax after a day of exploring the city. The space Studio apartment located on the ground floor, consisting of a living room and bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom. To complete the property there is a furnished outdoor space, where you can eat and relax. PLEASE NOTE: the sofa is not a bed!!! Guest access Studio entirely available for guests. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: We invite you to be respectful and treat our home as if it were your own, so please do not do what you would not normally do in your home. We kindly ask our guests not to take excessively long showers, as hot water is supplied by a water heater and not by a boiler. As per Italian Decree Law 551/99, please keep temperatures between 18° and 22° in both winter and summer. Thank you for your cooperation and have a good stay!!
